Jose Email Assistant is a private application used solely by its owner.
The application accesses Gmail data only for emails received by the dedicated assistant account. This may include message content, sender and recipient information, message metadata, and attachments.
Email data is used to summarize correspondence, identify action items and dates, review attachments, generate draft responses, and archive processed correspondence.
Processed emails, attachments, and generated analyses may be stored on the owner's private server.
Selected email content and attachments may be transmitted to OpenAI for the purpose of generating requested analysis and summaries.
Google user data is not sold or used for advertising. Data is shared only where necessary to provide the requested processing functionality.
The owner may delete stored correspondence, revoke Google authorization, or discontinue use of the application at any time.
